Who we are

This website is operated by Muster Health Compliance, LLC, a California limited liability company. If you have a question about this policy, use the contact page.

What this site collects

This is a static website. It has no accounts, no login, no shopping cart, no comment system, and no database of visitors. We do not run advertising trackers or third-party marketing pixels, and we do not sell, rent, or share information about visitors with anyone.

Three things nevertheless happen when you load a page, and you should know about all three:

• Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard technical information for every request — IP address, timestamp, the page requested, browser type, and referring page. This is ordinary web server operation and is used for security and reliability, not for profiling. We do not attempt to link this information to any individual.
• Web fonts. Pages load typefaces from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers and Google receives your IP address as part of that request. If you would rather that not happen, most browsers and privacy extensions can block it without breaking the site's function.
• Scheduling. If you book a call through our scheduling link, you leave this site and the information you enter — name, email, and anything you type into the form — is collected by that scheduling provider under its own privacy policy, and by us for the purpose of holding the meeting.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own and uses no analytics service. Third-party services you reach from here, including the scheduling provider, may set their own.

Email you send us

If you email us, we receive and retain that message in the ordinary course of business. We use it to respond to you and to maintain a record of our correspondence. We do not add addresses to a mailing list without a separate, express request.

Please do not send protected health information, patient identifiers, or confidential organizational information through this website or by ordinary email. Email is not a secure channel. If a matter requires that level of detail, we will arrange an appropriate method and, where required, execute a business associate agreement first.

How long we keep things

Server logs are retained by our hosting provider on its own schedule. Correspondence and scheduling records are retained as long as reasonably necessary for the business purpose for which they were received, and thereafter as required by law or professional obligation.

Your choices

California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act regarding personal information that businesses collect about them, including rights to know, delete, and correct, and a right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. Whether and how those rights apply depends on the circumstances. If you want to make a request about information we hold about you, contact us and we will respond appropriately.

Children

This site is directed to professionals and organizations. It is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Security

This site is served over HTTPS. No transmission over the internet is perfectly secure, and we make no representation that it is — which is the reason for the caution above about what not to send.

Changes to this policy

If we change how this site handles information, we will update this page and the date at the top of it.
